This year we'll be at the Confertainment Center of Europa-Park Rust. One of the world's most beautiful amusement parks lies in the heart of Europe. Over 5 million visitors from all nations come each season to be thrilled by over 100 attractions and enchanted by the park's meticulous theming.

    The International Partner Summit is free!

    USU World 2025 will have an attendance fee, which includes optional early bird discounts and accommodation packages. Early bird tickets can be purchased until the end of January.

    Yes! We’ll reserve your stay at the Europapark Rust hotels. Please inform us if you require one or two nights when you register.

    Feel free to contact us with questions at  events@usu.com.

    You can purchase tickets to USU World without an overnight stay for € 199 plus VAT. If you do not require a hotel booking, please contact us at: events@usu.com.

    Don't worry! You can cancel your hotel and ticket bookings free of charge until the end of March 2025. After April 1, we will need to charge you for the reserved package.

    If we are able to rebook your room, we will waive the cancellation fees (though this is not guaranteed). If you have someone to take your place, please email events@usu.com to transfer the ticket.

    The USU International Partner Summit will take place on October, 20 - 21 in Munich.  

    Yes, you have to register for the USU International Partner Summit. Please use for that the registration form above. If you have any questions, don´t hesitate to contact our Event Manager Amelie Scheuermann, amelie.scheuermann@usu.com 

    We are very sorry for your cancellation. Please write a short message at amelie.scheuermann@usu.com . We will confirm your cancellation immediatly. 

    We keep an eye on the current COVID-19 situation and are in close contact with the locations regarding hygiene concepts. We will inform you immediately, if a postponement or cancellation will be necessary. 

    We have a contingent at the NYX Hotel Munich from October 19 - 21. Deadline: September, 19.

    *Cancellation terms: Free cancellation of a fixed booking is possible until 6:00 pm, 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this deadline, in case of no-show or in case of early departure (for the remaining booking period) the guest will be charged 90% of the price.
